Eric Rahmqvist AB is a company focused on improving workplaces for businesses across Europe. We are looking for a motivated and analytical Purchasing & Supply Specialist to join our international team.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who already has some experience, but is still early in their career and wants to grow together with the company. We are looking for a person with ambition, curiosity, and the motivation to develop into a bigger role over time.
Your main responsibility
Your key task will be to make sure the right products are available in Rahmqvist warehouses at the right time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, planning, analysis, and business decisions — while also valuing teamwork and communication.
We are looking for someone who has:
Some previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, planning, or another analytical business role
Strong analytical and numerical skills
(you can analyze stock levels and make data-driven decisions)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
(you can manage large amounts of information and deadlines)Business understanding and strategic thinking
(you understand the bigger picture and can see why some products sell better in different markets)Strong technical skills
(advanced Excel skills and the ability to use AI and digital tools effectively)Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
(you will build and maintain relationships with suppliers and work closely with colleagues)At minimum, a relevant vocational college or university diploma
Very good Swedish and English language skills
