Experienced Recruiter – Join a Long-Established Swedish Family Business
Rahmqvist, a Swedish family-owned company with a long history, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team.
We are not looking for an ordinary recruiter — we are looking for someone who thrives on finding those hard-to-reach profiles that others can’t. Many of our projects involve positions without a fixed base salary, which makes your ability to identify, attract, and inspire the right candidates essential.
We are searching for this person because we want to grow — and we are looking for someone who shares that ambition. Someone who doesn’t want to stand still, but instead wants to grow and develop together with us, contributing energy, drive, and fresh ideas.
What you’ll bring:
- Solid experience in recruitment, with proven success in finding “difficult” profiles.
- Strong skills in using modern recruitment tools to work quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to manage up to 10 projects at once with speed and decisiveness.
- Experience recruiting outside Sweden is a plus.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- High energy, strong focus on direct search and sales recruitment.
- A self-motivated personality — you don’t need hand-holding, but can prioritize, stay focused, and deliver results.
- A charismatic, value-driven professional who shares Rahmqvist’s commitment to meaningful work.
- Enjoys a fast pace and sees purpose in making a real impact.
